Created in collaboration with Salmon Sisters, the Limpet Vest celebrates the wild weather and abundant coastlines of Alaska. With original artwork from Salmon Sisters on the inside lining, this vest is a love letter coastline that brings nourishment, and adventure, to so many Alaskans. 

It’s long, cozy, and built for real life—filled with Primaloft® ThermoPlume, a synthetic insulation that feels (and warms) like down, but keeps performing even in wet conditions. Whether you’re headed to the forest, the slopes, the dock, or just walking the dog, this vest keeps your core and your bum warm, with room to move and layer.

Wash with cool to warm water on a delicate washing cycle using gentle detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

The Limpet Vest uses a synthetic down-like insulation. This means that it will take a little more care during the drying process. Treat this garment like down when drying–tumble dry on low with a tennis ball, clean towels or a dryer ball (these will help redistribute the fibers). These feather-like fibers can take awhile to try, so be patient! We recommend that you shake your garment prior to putting it in the dryer, and then take it out of the dryer every 30-45 minutes and shake again. Note that you may need to do this several times to get the insulation to dry evenly and avoid clumping. If you have too many clumps, you can always rewash your vest (no need to use detergent on the second washing), and try again!
