SKHOOP RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICY
We're offering extended returns through the holidays!
Any orders placed between 11/6 and 12/25 can take advantage of our extended holiday return policy. These orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase, or January 6, whichever comes later.
Not happy with your purchase? We will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as products are in new conditions, with tags still attached within 30 days of its delivery date.
Items marked Final Sale, really are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the arrival date.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered & in 100% resalable condition. All tags must be attached to the garment.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive your original garment. If your desired item is no longer available we will automatically process a refund to your original order. Please note that we can only offer exchanges for the same style.
- Once the returned garment is received we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund is awarded to the original credit card of purchase, unless you opt for store credit when you submit your return request.
- For returns to your original form of payment, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. (If you live in the Anchorage area, you can use the secure dropbox outside our office to return for free). No return shipping is deducted if you opt for a return with store credit.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All garments are subject to inspection. Any item that fails to meet the required return standards mentioned above will be sent back to the customer.
Please note $10 will be deducted from your refund for any return requiring spot cleaning (including pet hair).
