SKHOOP RETURN POLICY

 

  • We do not offer refunds on sale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn & in 100% resalable condition.
  • All tags must be attached to the garment and payment confirmation paperwork must accompany the return.
  • Please the complete the “Skhoop Return/Exchange” form and submit along with your return.
  • Once the returned garment is received we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund is awarded to the original credit card of purchase only. We do not offer store credit.
  • All garments are subject to inspection. Any item that fails to meet the required return standards mentioned above will be sent back to the customer.

  • We do not offer exchanges on sale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn & in 100% resalable condition.
  • All tags must be attached to the garment and payment confirmation paperwork must accompany the return.
  • Please the complete the “Skhoop Return/Exchange” form and submit along with your exchange.
  • If we do not have the requested exchange in stock at the time of processing the original card of purchase will be refunded.
  • We do not offer exchanges for styles other than the one originally purchased due to price differences. If you wish to receive a different style, please return the unwanted item in accordance to the Skhoop Return Policy and purchase your preferred style online.
