Return Policy

 Need to return your purchase?

We can help HERE.

We will happily return all full priced, unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition (with all product tags attached) within 30 days of fulfillment. 

Outlet items are not eligible for returns. 

Proof of purchase is required.

Please note $10 will be deducted from your refund for any return requiring spot cleaning (including pet hair) or missing garment tags.  

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, place a new order for your desired style and return your original order for a refund.
Once we receive your item(s) and verify quality, we will refund you the cost of the returned merchandise minus a flat rate of the $10 for the return shipping (assuming you used the return label provided through our website). 
We process returns and refunds on Tuesday and Thursday each week, excluding holidays. 

DID YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN A REPACK?

If you are making a product return, it MUST be shipped back to our warehouse in Anchorage, AK. Any items shipped back to RePack will be charged an additional $10 restocking fee. Please see the instructions that came with your order for more information, or send us an email at info@skhoop.us

International Returns

Please note, our automated return system does not support international returns. If you wish to return, you are responsible for purchasing your own postage and insuring the package. We do not assume any responsibility for lost/damaged items.
