My usual Skhoop size is small, and I initially ordered a Dagney in small but it seemed snug around the waist and too tight with a chunky sweater underneath. I exchanged it for a medium. The latter accommodates layers underneath but is wide around the bottom. BTW, I also returned an Ava in small. The Ava is much more form fitting without any generosity in the torso/waist - clearly for a young slim body not a senior citizen.

This is a go-to layer for me. I originally ordered the Ava in small, but it is for a younger figure so I returned it for the Dabney. The latter is less fitted around the waist and I wanted to have the option to wear a sweater underneath. Size medium gives me more breathing room but is a little wide below the waist.

Hey! I love this vest. It is a little thicker for warmth. Originally I sized up like all of the reviews and thankfully SKhoop crew let me swap out order for smaller size. I needed to stick to my skirt order size with the vest! I don’t think it runs small. Best.

This is my first long vest and it’s so comfortable that I want to wear it all the time. I needed to return the medium for a large as this style is form fitting. I now can wear a light flannel or sweater underneath it. I also love the black matte. It’s perfect for cool fall days. I would recommend sizing up.
