I’ve two skirts already. A mini and a knee length. I love wearing them when it gets cold! I’m not really a person who can let it all hang out in leggings so these skirts are perfect! Great for biking too!
Haven't taken it off since it arrived.
The title says it all. You know that feeling in the morning when it's cold outside and you are in your warm bed and don't want to leave that coziness? This skirt gives that warm bed coziness (to your lower half) during the day! The side zippers make going up steep climbs easy; unzip them a few inches for extra legroom. The waistband is comfortable: flat in front with elastic in the back. I discovered the joys of cross country skiing wearing a skirt and leggings years ago. Wore that skirt to shreds. At last with this skirt, I will be skiing (and walking the dog, and living) in a warm skirt again!
My new winter staple
Down quilted skirts, what an ingenious idea. I nearly gasped with delight when I came across this a few weeks ago and it instantly became my new favorite winter skirt. I love wearing skirts and dresses throughout the year but often feel like I'm sacrificing warmth for style in the cold. This does both, and I especially love the longer length as well as the flattering cut and design. I realize most people might wear these while skiing but I don't ski so I've been wearing it to work. It's not cheap but I live in the northeast U.S. and I often end up in northern Europe during the winter, so it was an investment but worth it. In fact, I'm already eyeing another quilted skirt!
