Cozy Jacket
When I first received the jacket, I was dubious that it could do the job, as it had been compacted down into a small box. But! As I learned from both Skhoop customer service and experience, the down poofs out with air and makes a more-than-adequate protective layer against the cold. It has served me very well in cold MN winter weather. My only suggestion is to make the pockets bigger and softer. I use the bottom set most often and they are at an awkward angle for my hands and not quite big enough for them; one of the pockets has actually acquired a hole. The pocket material is a little rough, too. But, given how much I like the jacket in general, I can live with that -- and may try increasing the pocket size myself. Overall, the jacket feels very well made and of a quality material. I am amazed at how light the coat is for how much of my body it covers. Note: I would recommend sizing up.

Love the length; I wanted something that keeps my legs warm. Comparable length coats were prohibitively expensive: Canadian Goose, for example. This coat fit my budget, and I have three Skhoop vests and several skirts. Here are my suggestions for making this coat better: needs a zip pocket at the inside breast. Needs a cinching string at the hood. Literally, there is nothing to keep the hood around my head. Also, it is not as light weight as I expected. I expected it to be feather light since it is filled with down. I like the sleeve bands and the dual pocket features on both sides (two per hand). Also, there are zippers on the sides and the bottom so it can be vented.

I have been very pleased with this coat. I needed something king & the feature of side seams makes it very functional. The waist line is very shaped. This is not like wearing a sleeping bag. It’s like wearing it tailored warm coat.

Coat is really terrific.Warm, lightweight and stylish. However the side zipper pocket on mine catches, so unzipping and zipping it is a pain. While in Canada in very cold weather, I spent 20 minutes trying to de-stick it before I could get to my glove!I have learned to be very careful when using that pocket. Otherwise a really great coat at a great price point compared to Moncler or other high end down coats.
