To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

What items are returnable?

We will happily return all full priced merchandise within 30 days of fulfillment.

- Items must be unwashed, unowrn and it its original condition.

- All product hang tags must be attached. 

The follwing items are final sale: NoSo patches, Nalgene bottles, socks, Daily Tube and all items markes "final sale"

***Extended Holiday Returns: For orders placed after November 15, returns must be postmarked by January 5, 2023. 

Did you receive your order in a Repack?

If you are making a product return, it MUST be shipped back to our warehouse in Anchorage, AK. Any items shipped back to RePack will be charged an additional $10 restocking fee.  

Returning a gift?

Gift returns will be issued a gift card for the orignial purchase price. Send us an email at info@skhoop.us and we will provide you with return instructions. 

How do I return?

- Enter your order number and email address in the fields listed above.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and return label once the return request is approved.

Are there any charges for return?

- We charge a flat rate of $10 for return shipping for US customers. This is deducted from your refund.

-Unforutnately, we do not offer return shipping labels for customers outside the US. International returns can be sent with the carrier of your choice. Our return address will be provided once you submit your return request. 

Any return requiring spot cleaning, including pet hair, or missing garment tags will incur a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. 

How do I make an exchange?

-Mail to Alaska is slow and our inventory moves fast! To ensure that you get what you want, please place a new order for your desired style and return what you don't want. 

How soon will I get my refund?

- We are a small team that wears many hats. Depending on the time of year it may take up to 5 business days for us to process your return once it has been received in our warehouse.

- You will receive an email once your return has been processed and refunded. 

Please note we do not refund intial shipping charges.
